Unclaimed Refund Checks
The following is a list of names of taxpayers whose refund checks have been returned to the IRS. According to the IRS, thousands of checks were returned as undeliverable in 2009.

If you are owed a refund, you can use the "Where's My Refund?" feature on the IRS Web site, http://www.irs.gov, to learn the status of your refund and, in some cases, receive instructions on how to resolve potential account issues.
