The Practising Law Institute will sponsor a two-day program on complying with campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics laws. Topics will include the new administration's executive orders and policy regarding the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act, section 527 organizations and campaigning on the Internet, a review of alternative business entities, and enforcement and sentencing guidelines.
